From what I can see Trump did not actually direct anyone to riot/disobey, but he may have said some silly things, but with this following and passion/obedience in the people, they simply react with media.
No doubt President is a dangerous level you got to be careful of 'what happens next' how people will react. But as for insighting the violence probably not because people are just making up their own minds to fight for the man, the following /reach in media makes him be the culprit of this new wave of expression.
I may be wrong but I have not actually seen Trump asking people to riot/disobey, he just has been quite direct with wanting support -and in some cases/lengths, it can go the way of high-passion for being disobedient.
I guess rallying a strong support base could further with the passing of reach becoming extreme. This could easily happen with the wrong tweet, but people make mistakes.
To be honest, I think more concern should be on his sexual exploits in past, that concerns me as it can humanise that sort of past doings/evil, not a good role to set for people.
Insightment is in this case probably not direct attempt. -No direct intent. Though it may have been in the back of mind, which fixtures the fact.
